If Vend or any hardware is not working as intended, you should first perform these simple troubleshooting steps:


  1. Check if you have a working internet connection and your device is connected to it by going into the iPad settings > WiFi.
  2. Check if your iPad is connected to the mPOP ( Cash drawer ) by going in to the iPad settings > Bluetooth > check if mpop is connected.
  3. Check if the cash drawer has been accidentally removed from Vend by opening the Vend app on the iPad > opening the side menu > settings > hardware > there should be mPOP on the right.
