If you come across an issue wherein a particular user cannot see sales history on the iPad application, please complete the following steps as part of troubleshooting

Please navigate to Dashboard -> Setup -> Users and untick the outlet that the user is having issues at and select save. Then, immediately after, select the outlet again for that user and click save.

You can also complete a hard resync on the iPad and will need to follow these steps to do so:

  1. Tap the 3 line icon in the top left hand corner of the Vend app
  2. Under your store name, hold your finger on the Online status for 5 seconds
  3. Tap on Resync Data
  4. Tap the 3 line icon again
  5. Tap the Online status once
  6. Tap Sync all data
