We offer three ways to create new customers from within Vend, via the Sell Screen, via Customers or via a CSV Import. We'll cover off creation via the Sell Customers Screen in this article. For more information on importing customers check out this article.
Add a customer via the Customer Screen:
A customer can also be added via the Customer screen in Vend. The customer screen is a great way to collect lots of extra information about your customers including Date of Birth, Gender, Website, Address & Twitter Handles
1. From the side menu, select Customers
2. Click Add Customer
3. Enter in the Customer Details
4. Click Save
If you integrate with Xero these customers will be sent over when you make your first on account sale linked to the customer.
