Change Customer Codes

You can change an individual customer code or a batch of customer codes. 

Changing Customer Codes

  1. Go to Customers | Change Codes.

To update a single customer code

  1. Click Single.
  2. Enter the old customer code and new customer code details.
  3. Click Save.

To update multiple customer codes

  1. Click Batch.
  2. Click Download Customer Change Codes template.
  3. Enter the old customer code and new customer code details.
  4. Save the file in .csv format
  5. Click Upload.
