How to update Sales/Purchase emails in Unleashed?
Overview: Unleashed inventory management software has a feature where the user will be able to send emails out to their suppliers/customers directly from the sales/purchase screen's. We can set up the email address that needs to be tagged along with the email. Here are the steps in order to update this:
- Goto Settings>Organization>Company from the menu on the left side.
- Open the 'Contact' tab where you will be able to view your organization's contact details.
- Update the following fields:
- Purchase Email: This is the email address that the Purchase Orders will be sent from. If this field is blank, the logged in user's email id is used.
Purchase Email Comment: If you want a default message to go in the email, you can enter this here.
Sales Email: This is the email address that the Sales Orders will be sent from. If this field is blank, the logged in user's email id is used.

- Purchase Email: This is the email address that the Purchase Orders will be sent from. If this field is blank, the logged in user's email id is used.
Note: The email will be still sent out to your supplier/customer via "noreply@unleashedsoftware.com" but will tag the email address given along with the email.
