How to update Sales/Purchase emails in Unleashed?

Overview: Unleashed inventory management software has a feature where the user will be able to send emails out to their suppliers/customers directly from the sales/purchase screen's. We can set up the email address that needs to be tagged along with the email. Here are the steps in order to update this:


  1. Goto Settings>Organization>Company from the menu on the left side.
  2. Open the 'Contact' tab where you will be able to view your organization's contact details.
  3. Update the following fields:
    • Purchase Email: This is the email address that the Purchase Orders will be sent from. If this field is blank, the logged in user's email id is used.
      Purchase Email Comment
      If you want a default message to go in the email, you can enter this here.
      Sales Email
      This is the email address that the Sales Orders will be sent from. If this field is blank, the logged in user's email id is used.
      Sales Email Comment: 
       If you want a default message to go in the email you can enter this here.

Note: The email will be still sent out to your supplier/customer via "noreply@unleashedsoftware.com" but will tag the email address given along with the email.
