Limiting access to Cash Drawer

To limit the access to the Cash drawer so that employees can not open it without making a transaction, there are roles to be disabled in settings.

In setting, go to Advanced Setup and then Employee Roles. Select the user for which the access needs to be canceled.
Untick or Disable:

  1. Sales - Open Register
  2. Sales - Register Withdraw
  3. Sales - Close register
