The Shipment Enquiry page is aimed towards warehouse staff to view and process open shipments. After administration staff have created and deployed the shipments, warehouse staff can use this screen to manage their work flow of shipments. For example, in the Shipment Enquiry page, you can determine what order needs to be picked, what orders need to be packed and what orders need to be shipped. The Shipment Enquiry page can take you through the entire shipment process of pick, pack and dispatch.

You can perform these tasks by using the action cog. Additionally, you can apply a filter and report on your shipment enquiries based on the different statuses. Other features include;
You can access the Shipment Enquiry report via the Sales | Shipment Enquiry.
All filter fields are used to retrieve specified data.
Transaction Date: Filters the transaction date by options available, e.g. Required Date or Dispatch Date.
Date From: Filter used to display orders after the nominated date.
Date To: Filter used to displays orders before the nominated date.
Sales Order Number: Filter used to display the unique order number for the nominated order.
Shipment Number: Filter used to display the unique shipment number for the nominated order.
Shipment Status: Filter used to display the shipment status, e.g. Open.
Warehouse: Filter used to display the name of the nominated warehouse.
Shipping Company: Filter used to display the name of the shipping company that is transporting goods to the customer.
Tracking Number: Filter used to display the tracking number provided by your shipping company.
Customer Code: Filter used to displays the nominated customer code.
Customer Name: Filter used to displays the nominated customer code.
Customer Type: Display orders for a nominated customer type e.g. retail, e-commerce etc.
You can use the action cog to perform various options at line level.
Edit: Enables you to update the shipment status to reflect where the shipment is in the warehouse.
Print Pick List: Enables you to update the shipment status to reflect where the shipment is in the warehouse.
Print Ship Note: Enables you to print the shipping note document to accompany the shipment when dispatched.
Email Pick List: Enables you to create a PDF of the pick-list to be mailed electronically.
Email Ship Note: Enables you to create a PDF of the ship note to be mailed electronically.
Dispatch: Enables you to complete the shipment in one step.
Use the action cog to print and email your shipping documents. You can locate the action cog for the line on the right side of the transaction in the action column.

Use the Shipment Status filter to check what the status of your order is, i.e. Picked, Packed, Placed, Parked, Deleted, Dispatched etc.
You can easily create an invoice for your specified line in the Shipment Enquiry page.

You can easily export your report to PDF (default), CSV, XLSC or XLS for optimal reporting. To do so;
To select the option you want, click on the Export arrow on right of button to provide you the options. If you click on Export itself, it will default to the PDF setting, and a PDF is generated.
Depending on what sort of information you require, you can enter the relevant criteria and then click Run at the top on the banner. You can also export what you are seeing to a number of different formats such as pdf, xls and .xlsx using the Export button on the banner. Using the tool bar above the grid, you can do a number of other things to the information shown in the grid.

Group By Column(s):
To group by a desired column you simply need to drag and drop it into toolbar above the grid. As soon as you drop it the grid will group everything based on that column. You can group by as many columns as you like and expand all or collapse all the groups under the More menu.
Create Multiple Views:
To set up multiple views of this report you just need to click New on the toolbar and give it a name after making any customizations. You can create as many views as you like and also choose a default which will be displayed when you first click on the report.
Customize Columns Shown:
Using the Hidden Columns button you can choose what columns are shown on the grid and where. To add or remove a column, simply drag and drop the columns you like to and from the Hidden columns box.
