In Unleashed, Sales Order Statuses help you track and manage your sales workflow efficiently—from the moment an order is created to when it is shipped or invoiced. Creating custom sales order statuses allows your team to better reflect internal processes, improve visibility, and align with your business terminology.
By default, Unleashed includes predefined sales order statuses such as Parked, Deleted, Placed, Completed, and Backordered. However, your business may need additional statuses like Packed, Ready for Pickup, or Pending Payment.
