The View Bills Of Materials (BOM) page enables you to view or edit an existing BOM.

Viewing a Bill Of Materials

1. Go to Production | Bill Of Materials | View Bills Of Materials.
2. You can specify the Bill Number or Product code.

• If you want to see the list of obsolete BOMs, select Yes from the Obsolete drop-down list.
• Click Import to download the template. You can then add the required details and upload the template .csv file. For more information, see Import Bill of Materials.
• Click Export to export to PDF, CSV, XLSX, or XLS format. 
• Click Add Bill to add a new Bill of Materials. For more information, see Add Bill of Materials.
• Use the action cog to print or clone any BOM. 

Editing a Bill of Materials

1. Go to Production | Bill Of Materials | View Bills Of Materials.
2. You can specify the Bill Number or Product code.
3. Click the required link to open the Bill of Materials and edit as required.

• The Product Code and Product Description fields cannot be updated.
• Select/deselect Can Auto Assemble, Can Auto Disassemble or Sort By Product.
• Select/deselect Obsolete to obsolete or un-obsolete a Bill of Materials.
• Add new component products.
• Update the quantity/wastage quantity or delete the existing products.

4. Click Save.
